Silver Hayes Stage Glastonbury. Glastonbury Festival is more than one festival. There are hundreds of little festivals happening all over Worthy Farm. From The Healing Fields to Block 9 people gravitate to their favourite area of Glasto and spend most of their time there.
There are also areas within Glastonbury that feel like a festival within a festival. The Silver Hayes Stages is one of them. Silver Hayes was once a 1,500-capacity dance tent called er, The Dance Tent. Now it is an entire dance village with 5 stages!

Stages in The Silver Hayes Area (2023 Update)
Wow Stage
The Wow stage’s roots began in 2008 when the founders created a program for The Igloo Tent. (Wait, there was an Igloo tent!). The Igloo Tent was the first all-night venue in The Dance Village. 2010 was when the Wow stage made its debut. Since then it has gone from strength to strength.
The Levels Stage
The Levels is a new open-air nightclub inspired by the crossover of architecture, lighting and experimental musical art forms.
Lonely Hearts Club
This stage made its debut at Glastonbury 2022. The structure is of an Art Deco cinema which stands 40ft high. It was originally seen at Bristol’s Love Saves The Day festival. The Lonely Hearts Club stage replaced The Blues Stage in 2022. In 2023 they are making some slight changes.
Firmly Rooted Soundsystem
Another stage that made its debut in 2o22 was Firmly Rooted. It’s the stage to celebrate Sound System Culture so if that is your jam, head down here.
The Information Stage
New for Glastonbury 2023! In addition, the area also introduces a new experimental art pavilion to be unveiled, supported by Arts Council England and the introduction of ‘The Information’ stage for the first time at Glastonbury – a powerful platform for an urgent debate, putting forward-thinking conversation side-by-side with contemporary electronic music programming.
New Artistic Pavillion
Silver Hayes introduces a new artistic Pavilion for Glastonbury 2023 with its inaugural project, entitled ‘6°’. The first ever Hayes Pavilion will harness the interconnected power of mushroom roots – the extraordinary underground network known as mycelium – and investigate the potential adoption of this biomaterial in the creative industries.
This looks and sounds amazing and I can’t wait to see it.
Most people head towards Shangri-La, Block 9 and Arcadia after midnight and forget about Silver Hayes. If you want to dance the night away and avoid the crowds then this is a good place to do it.
