Best Food At Glastonbury Festival. Food glorious food. Glastonbury Festival is not just a music festival. It is a Comedy Festival. It is a Poetry festival, and yes, it is a food festival.

The food at Glastonbury Festival is exceptional. Since my first Glastonbury, it has gotten better and better. The variety of cuisines has increased, and the quality is top-notch.
The best thing about all this is that you can eat as much as you like. At Glastonbury Festival, we tend to average 40,000 steps a day, so we need food to keep us going. 5 meals a day should cover it.
Below is a list of some of the vendors serving the best food at Glastonbury Festival. Most of these come year after year, but as always with Glastonbury, things might change. So check their socials to make sure they are there this year.
Food at Glastonbury Festival
Anna Mae’s Mac ‘N’ Cheese

Who doesn’t love Mac and Cheese? I have lost count of the number of times I have eaten from this food stand at Glastonbury (and other festivals, come to think of it). You have to try them at least once when you are at Glastonbury.
Location: There are two locations. Near The Bandstand and near Woodsies.
The Jerk Yard

I love this delicious Caribbean stand. The food is great, the people are lovely, and the portion sizes are perfect. There is always a queue which says it all. I am already dreaming of the jerk chicken as I write this.
Location: Other Stage and West Holts
Taste Tibet

Taste Tibet is a Glastonbury Festival staple. You know you are back down at Worthy Farm when you see The Pyramid Stage, The Cider Bus and Taste Tibet.
This is what I love about Glastonbury. The first 3 vendors in this article are all so different but make delicious food. You have to try the momos and curry here. Yum!
Location: West Holts
Bayou New Orleans Kitchen

This is one of my favourite food trucks at Glastonbury. I think last year we went at least 3 times, which shows how good it is, considering the competition. It has been located on the edge of West Holts, just down from the Greenpeace area, for the last 2 years. If you see a big queue, don’t walk away; they go through the queue quickly.
Location: West Holts
The Gravy Train Poutine

Poutine = Chips, Cheese and chicken gravy. The perfect combination when you are at Glastonbury and have had x amount of ciders by 15:00. If you have never eaten Poutine, you can thank me at the festival.
Location: Left Field
Oh Crepe!

The number of times I have craved the crepes from Oh Crepe is off the charts. I always look out for these guys at every festival I attend. No matter how many meals you have down at Glastonbury, you will always have room in your stomach for a sweet crepe, right?
Location: There are two locations. One at Glebeland and one at West Holts.
Loki Poke

I love the names of these food vendors! I love a good Poke bowl and having something healthy at Glastonbury can only be a good thing, right? My favourite is the OG Salmon bowl.
Location: Williams Green and West Holts
Pad Thai

Pad Thai. That’s it. It is all they do. And it is bloody delicious. This was one of our favourites last year, and I am sure we will be making a beeline for it this year too.
Location: The Brewery
Dosa Deli

God, I love a Dosa, and Dosa Deli’s Masala Dosa is to die for. They also do Onion Bhaji Bowls and a cheese chilli dosa. See you in the queue.
Location: TBA.
Buddha Bowls

A Buddha Bowl is a noodle box filled with delicious ingredients. This stall’s Signature Buddha Bowl was a winner of Best Main Dish at the British Street Food Awards, and contains all the following:
Massaman curry with new potatoes, pineapple and soya chunks
Carrot and homemade kimchi pickle
Flash steamed seasonal greens (usually kale!)
Organic short-grain brown rice
Organic omega seed sprinkle
Grilled halloumi (optional)
They’re vegan (as long as you skip the halloumi!), wheat free, gluten free and very yummy!
How does that sound?
Location: The Brewery
Goan Fish Curry

This stall has become a Glastonbury staple. Apart from their signature dish, er, Goan Fish Curry, before you ask, they also so Breakfast Kedigree, and fish masala dhal.
Location: West Holts
The Hippy Chippy

We eat at least 5 meals a day at Glastonbury. When you walk an average of 35,000 steps a day, you need to. Sometimes, all you fancy is a snack. The Hippy Chippy always provide us with great chips and a smile. Even Joe Wicks eats there, so they must be good!
Location: Pennard Hill Ground
There will be more food stalls added soon.
See you on the farm.
